Set for release mid-2026, Ford has just unveiled a higher-spec Ranger Super Duty with a higher price to match
Ford Australia has confirmed a more luxurious XLT grade and the classic pick-up body tub will join the Ranger Super Duty lineup from the middle of 2026.
Both options are locked to the dual-cab body style popular among private buyers, with the pick-up tub option costing an extra $4000 over the $89,990 before on-roads price of the base dual-cab cab-chassis, while the XLT tacks on $6000.
If optioned together, this puts the price of the most expensive Ranger Super Duty at $99,990 before on-road costs, far above the cost of the Ranger Raptor ($90,690) but still cheaper than a base F-150 XLT ($114,950).
Good news for prospective buyers, the 2026 Ranger Super Duty XLT will be available for purchase in both Cab-Chassis and Pick-Up configurations. Pricing for both is listed below.
Standard inclusions for the XLT include heated and ventilated powered front seats covered in leather over the cloth seats found in base spec Ranger Super Duty. Carpeted flooring is also now included, though personally, I’m a fan of vinyl flooring in a work ute.
To protect the carpet from muddy boots, all-weather floor mats have been included. These are for both driver and passenger side front seats. No mention was made of any floor mats for rear seat occupants in XLT spec.
Looking to exterior enhancements, the XLT Ranger Super Duty comes rolling on a unique set of wheels that make it stand out. Wheels are 18-inch in diameter, and have been painted in a Magnetite paint.
As per all Ranger Super Duty models, the XLT boasts eight-wheel studs compared to six found on most dual-cabs, for additional durability.
These features aren’t free however, with pricing on the base double-cab chassis increased by $6000 compared to the XLT double-cab chassis version. If you want carpet, and leather seats, that’s going to be the price of admission.
All prices listed are before on-road costs.
